Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : Aspirants must have completed Graduation/ Post Graduation in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture and Management with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/ Institute.

Each individual must have proficiency in Computer Operations 
and Knowledge of Hindi and English Languages .


Age Limit : Contenders must have attained the age of 18 years but not crossed the age of 27 years as on 30.06.2014. 05 years Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided to SC/ST contenders.


Selection Process : Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria will be required to appear for on- line written test of English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and Test of General & Financial Awareness at the center allotted by the Bank/ Agency for written test keeping in 
view the administrative/ technical feasibility at their own expenses


Application Fee : 
1. General Candidates need to pay Rs. 800/-.
2. SC/ST Candidates need to pay Rs. 400/- only.


Remuneration : 
1. During the periods of 1 years : Rs. 18,000 per month
2. During the Second year : Rs. 23,000 per month.


The selected Management Trainees, after completion of active Two Years satisfactory assignment as Management Trainee and found suitable shall be absorbed in Bank’s service as DRO’s in Officers Grade/Scale-I, at sole discretion of the Bank.
