Eligibility Criteria :  
  • Educational Qualification : Valid Overman’s certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 1957 or any other certificate in Mining which entitle to work as overman as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957. Valid Gas Testing Certificate. Valid First-Aid Certificate.

  • No. of Vacancy : 238 Posts.
  • Pay Scale : Rs.19035/-
Eligibility Criteria :  
  • Educational Qualification : Valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 1957 or any other certificate in Mining which entitle to work as Mining Sirdar as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957 . Valid Gas Testing Certificate. Valid First-Aid Certificate .
Nationality : Indian
Total Number Of Posts : 347 Posts.
Age Limit :  candidates must have completed 18 years of age & should not be more than the upper age limit as on 17/09/2014 prescribed as under :
  • 35 years for SC&ST candidates
  • 33 years for OBC candidates (Non Creamy Layer)
  • 38 years for OBC – NCL and 40 years for SC/ST.
Selection Process : The selection will be made on the basis of written test and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test only will be eligible to appear for interview.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/-only by demand draft from any nationalized Bank in favor of “Central Coalfields Limited” payable at Ranchi. Name of the candidate and post applied for should be written on the back side of the demand draft.
