Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit should be 22 years as on 01-08-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess B.E/ B.Tech. and M.E/ M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent either in B.E / B.Tech. or M.E / M.Tech for Post No.1 to 8 and good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or and equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university for Post No.9 to 13.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on educational qualification, written exam & interview.
Application Fee: Candidates belongs to SC/ ST of Bihar State must pay Rs.150/- (Rs.100/- + Rs.50/- (Bank Charges)) and Rs.425/- ( Rs.375/- + 50/- (Bank Charges)) for others as application fee & Bank Charges in the form of prescribed Challan form available in the website payable at any branch of State Bank of India in the Account No: 31650243410.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application (A4 size) in the prescribed format available in the website, affixed with self attested photograph, along with self attested copies of age, caste, educational qualification certificates, copy of challan and two self addressed envelopes (16 x 10 cm) affixed with postal stamps, etc.,enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the Name of the Post Applying for & Advertisement Number, should reach to The Controller of Examination, Bihar Public Service Commission, 15, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg (Bely Road), Patna – 800001 by Speed post/ Registered post on or before 23-09-2014 up to 05:00 PM.
