Job Description
• Ensure day-to-day processing of Payments products within TAT with the primary purpose of meeting service standards, resolving customer queries & complaints.
• Ensure compliance of all internal procedures, operational controls & regulatory requirements.

• He / She must provide Payment Services to Customers and to meet TAT as per the SLA.
• Processing & Data Entry of RTGS & NEFT inward transactions.
• Follow up with RM’s/BDM’s/BM’s for hold approvals
• Ensure that instructions received before cut off time are processed the same day.

Qualifications & Skills
• Candidate has to monitor, timely reporting to Manager, and take corrective action of irregular items.
• Train, motivate and educate team members to meet requirements expected of them.
• Compliance of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
• Ensure strict implementation of Group Policies.
• Candidate should be Graduates / Post Graduate with prior experience in similar role.
