Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not be more than 58 years for Sr.No:B(1) Post, 55 years for Sr.No:B(2), A(1) Posts, 53 years for Sr.No:B(3) Post, 50 years for Sr.No:B(4) Post, 50 years for Sr.No:A(2) Post, 45 years for Sr.No:A(3) Post, 40 years for Sr.No:A(4) Post, 32 years for Sr.No:A(5) Post as on the first day of January of the year of advertisement. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master Degree (M.Sc) in Nursing from recognized university for Sr.No:A(1,2,3,4) Posts, M.Sc degree in Nursing acquired from a recognised university for Sr.No:A(5), B Posts.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.160/- for Sr.No:4 Post, Rs.210/- for other Posts through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS (Govt Receipt Portal System), Govt of West Bengal through a Duplicate Challan. SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from fee.
Payment of fee through Online:
1. Candidates choose to make the payment through online mode using NET Banking Facility.
2. A page will be directed —>click on the “Confirm” button.
3. Next candidate shall be prompted to select any of the listed banks.
4. Payment can be made through Nert Banking Facility.
5. Take a print out/ Save the acknowledgement for your records.
6. The acknowledgement slip also carries the Government Reference Number (GRN) and Bank Reference Number (BRN) and the Fees paid Amount.

2. Click on the “Confirm” button and next Choice of Banks.
3. Once you select and click on the Bank GRIPS portal will prompt you to “GO to State Bank of India for Counter Payment”
4. Fill the Captcha word and click on the “Confirm” button.
5. Once confirmed, you will be prompted to save and print the e-Challan.
6. Candidate shall only proceed to any of the bank branch of the respective bank.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.wbhrb.in from 06-08-2014 to 21-08-2014 before 8:00 PM.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Log on through the website www.wbhrb.in
2. Click on the “Online Application” —-> Select the appropriate position.
3. Read the instructions carefully.
4. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph & signature.
5. Candidates should have valid email ID & password.
6. Now click on the “Apply Online” for “New Users”/ Already registered candidate just need to “Sign In” by using their Application Number & Password sent to their Valid E-Mail ID/ Mobile No.
7. Candidates should fill the application form in “First Screen” tab and click on the “Submit” button to move next screen.
8. Now UR/ OBC candidates have to pay the fee through Online/ Offline.
9. If candidates paying the fee through online through Net Banking can login immediately after the same and complete their registration simultaneously or may do so after 2 hrs, if the link is not activated.
10. If candidates paying the fee through offline, candidate should revisit the website after 24 hrs after payment of fee.
11. This will be the final completion of form fill up.
12. After checking the details click on “Submit (Final)” the candidate gets, confirmation message mentioning the “Application Number” and Password and any other important information.
13. Candidates should upload the scan copies of photograph and signature.
14. Now candidates can take the printout copies of application form for future use.
